What are Academic-Industry Meeting ?

Académic-Industry Meeting is an event organised every 2 years by AFIS.

The goal is to facilitate System Engineering doers exchanges  from academic and industries communities, enabling intensive exchanges on their know-how and point of view on practices and on how to teach and how to perform research regarding Systems Engineering.

Rencontres Académie-Industrie AFIS

4 events dedicted to Sytems Engienering occur in a unique event:

  • Pre-forum :
    half a day, before the forum, dedicated to local industrials concerns.
  • Forum :
    2 days debates on System Engineering, grouping Academics and Industrials attendees.
  • PhD seminar :
    This seminar enable Future PhD to highlight their work on a dedicated System Engineering topic, and to discuss them with Industrial and Academic communities. The format is “My Thesis within 180 seconds”.
  • Thesis Award :
    This competition award 3 PhD on System Engineering for great scienfic quality and real industrial concern matching.
